Configuration Manager
Monitoring
Status VoIP accounts
Proceed as follows:
•
Using the Configuration Manager (
Monitoring > Status VoIP
accounts
)
Requirements:
•
At least one VoIP account is available and in use
–
Using the Configuration Manager (page
Public switched tel.
networks > Voice over IP (VoIP) > Accounts
)
The status of the VoIP accounts is shown in three areas of the logon
procedure (
STUN request
,
Registration
and
last outgoing call
). These
areas stand for the important steps for establishing a connection via the
VoIP account.
The status of the VoIP accounts is indicated by a coloured dot. At system
start, all of the dots are first shown in grey until an error occurs (red dot) or
the requests are completed successfully (green dot).
Note:
When you open the page it first shows the status, which is
automatically refreshed every 30 seconds.
In each area of the log-in procedure, a DNS query is performed first, and
then the response from the DNS server is evaluated. If an error occurs (red
dot), first check the following possible causes:
•
The PBX is not connected to the network (cable is not inserted or is
defective).
•
The DSL modem is defective.
