Functions, Uses, Concepts

Busy-on-Busy

Busy-on-Busy

With help of the Busy-on-Busy function, it is possible to limit the maximum
number of external callers. that are put through to the group or that are
automatically put on hold in the waiting loop when announcement before
answering is enabled. If this number has been reached, additional callers
hear the busy signal or (if configured) are forwarded to the voice mailbox or
to the call forwarding destination. However, members of the group may
make additional calls (outgoing calls) if there are still external call channels
available.

Internal callers cannot be limited with the Busy-on-Busy function.
