Voice mail/fax boxes
Note:
The PBX enters sent e-mails in a log file (page
Monitoring > System
messages
).
E-mails sent by the PBX may be treated as spam mail by the recipient
of the message.
User/Authorisations
User and authorisations
A box can only be used if an owner has been assigned to it (page
Devices
> Voice mail/fax boxes > Phone numbers
). In addition to the owner,
further users can be assigned to the box.
Requirements:

Configured internal subscribers and/or groups
Note:
An owner is automatically entered as a user with all authorisations.
All group members have the authorisations assigned to the group. If a
group member or a subgroup is also entered individually as a user, the
authorisations assigned to this user will also apply to this group member/
subgroup.
