Step 5. When the file to be recalled is not displayed as a softkey label, use the following method to
indicate the file as a softkey label:
• Use the softkey of the File Select menu to scroll the file/directory list of the softkey
label.
• To move the directory, press the softkey of the corresponding directory name.
NOTE The directory name displayed as the softkey label is followed by “\”.
Step 6. Use the softkey to recall the file and start recalling.
NOTE You cannot recall files saved in text (ASCII) format (with extension.TXT) for use on the
Agilent 4294A.
Function Key operation
Displays the previous page of the list.
PREV FILES
Displays the next page of the list.
NEXT FILES
Function Key operation
Goes to the directory to display the file and
directory names located at that position.
Directory name\
Goes to the next higher-order directory and
displays the file and directory name located at
that position.
