Selecting Sweep Direction

DUT can be measured in the desired sweep direction when its characteristics has hysteresis
with the sweep parameter.

Step 1.

Press the

[Sweep]

key to display the sweep menu.

Step 2.

Press the

DIRECTION [ ]

key to select the desired sweep direction (pressing the key toggles

the direction).

NOTE

Setting the sweep direction is applied commonly to traces A and B.
