Meters can be filtered by two options at a time:
Select one of these three:
•
All - Shows all meters available, route and non-route.
• Route - Shows all of the accounts imported from the utility billing software.
• Non-Route - A list of all transactions where the meter IDs don't match any of the
imported meter ID numbers.In combination with one of the following:
• All - Includes everything.
• Read - Lists all of the meters that have received a reading.
• Un-Read - Shows all of the accounts that do not have a meter reading.
• Marked - Lists all of the accounts that have been electronically marked.
• Malfunctions - This is a list of all accounts that have a register malfunction.
• Notes - Shows all of the locations that have at least one note code entered.
• High/Low Exceptions - All accounts with a reading that violated the high or low limits as
received from the billing system.
• Bad Reads - All accounts that indicate a bad register reading.
• Unvisited Locations - A list of all accounts that did not have any activity. Examples are;
note code, marked location, bad reading, etc.
• Work Performed - Lists all accounts that have logged a work transaction. (Applies to
Work Order records only.)Example: One common use of the Filter By boxes is to cut
unread meters from one route, so that they can be pasted into another route that is read
later. Additional information on this subject can be found in Sections 7.3 and 7.4 .
The Meter Detail Tab
The Meter Detail tab displays specific information about a single imported account. To view
it, select a meter from the Meters tab and click the Meter Detail tab. You may also double-
click on a specific meter on the Meters tab to display the Meter Detail for that meter.
Notice the Red Arrows at the top of the screen. These arrows allow you to move to the
First, Previous, Next or Last meter in the list without going back to the Meters tab.
