The Multiple Read Exception report lists meters on a route that were read more than once.

Multiplier Mismatch

Available in all protocols and printed either automatically or individually from the

Reports

tab.

The Multiplier Mismatch report lists all accounts in which the multiplier found during the

reading differs from the multiplier imported from the billing system. For a multiplier to

be found during reading, it must have been programmed into an ECRIII register and

programmed for Extended Read Mode. OMNI registers base the multiplier off of the reading

resolution and also must be programmed for Extended Read Mode in order to return this

value. Please note that both multiplier values (the one imported from billing and the one read

from the register) need to exist for a mismatch to generate.

Available in RadioRead and VehicleRead protocols and printed either automatically or

individually from the

tab.
