Meter Type

: Indicates the type of register connected to the SmartPoint. Valid register

types are Sensus TouchCoupler, Sensus 3 Wire, Neptune Proread E-Coder, AMCO

Scancoder, Elster InVISION, and Badger ADE. There is also an option to AutoDetect

the type of register. Alternatively, this value can be set to Not Used if no register is to be

connected to the specific port on the SmartPoint.

Units

: Indicates the meter's units of measure. Valid values are Gallons, Liters, Cubic

Feet, and Cubic Meters.

•

Resolution

: Will be one of the following valid values: 0.1x, 1x, 10x, 100x, 1000x, 0.01x,

and 10000x.

•

Leak Detection Threshold

: This value is used to determine a leak condition. Will be one

of the following valid values: Disabled, 1 Count, 2 Counts, or 10 Counts.

•

Leak Detection Consecutive Reads

: If the meter reports a reading that exceeds the

threshold for this number of consecutive readings, then a leak condition will be flagged

by the SmartPoint. Will be one of the following values: 24, 36, 48, and 72.

•

Backflow Threshold

: This value is used to determine a leak condition. Will be one of the

following valid values: Disabled, 1 Count, 2 Counts, 5 Counts, 10 Counts or 100 Counts.
