The Non-Route Exception report lists readings taken for meters not assigned to the route.

This may also occur when a meter has been installed, but a new customer account has not

yet been established, or if a Meter ID was entered improperly into the billing system.

Available in all protocols except PhonRead and printed individually from the

Reports

tab or

individually from the

Polling Devices Notes

tab.

The Note Master report lists the ID and text for every preset notecode available to you

during reading. These notes are contained in the

Notes

tab of Polling Devices. This report

is the only report that cannot be customized. An asterisk (*) listed before the text of a note

indicates the note will be included in export.
