The
Alarm Summary
report lists a summary of power failures for electric meters on a
particular route. In addition, the status/error byte value may provide explanations as to
why the failures occurred. For EWRs (manufacturer value = E1), this value is a two-byte
hexadecimal. For iCons, this value is a four-byte hexadecimal. A plus sign (+) listed before a
Meter ID indicates a non-route meter.
