High/Low Exception

Available in all protocols when the AutoRead defined fields High Limit and Low Limit are

selected on the import layout.

The

High/Low Exception

report lists readings taken on the route that exceed the expected

high/low limit range. This range can be imported from the billing system and loaded with the

route.
An asterisk (*) listed before the reading means a second reading was entered that fell within

the expected range and that no special action is required. If the route file supplied by the

billing system does not contain an expected range, this report will not print. A exclamation

point (!) listed before a reading indicates that the reading was manually entered through

AutoRead.

Information Changed

This report is only available for the Handheld protocols and limited to use by the work order

application only available on a 5000-series HHD.
The Information Changed report lists all information imported from the billing system that

has been changed as a result of work being performed on the account.

Note

: For information to show on this report, it must have been imported from billing AND must have

been changed in the field.

Install Call

Available only in the PhonRead protocol and printed either automatically or individually from

the

Reports

tab.
