3.2 Trans-LC™

Versum Materials, Inc. temperature control system is designed for use with Trans-LC™
and requires the end-user or OEM tool manufacturer to insure safe handling of Trans-
LC™ by installing certain safeguards. Noncompliance with these safeguards could result
in hazardous conditions including loss of containment and/or fire conditions.

Specific procedures have been developed for handling Trans-LC™.
