Only export operation can have «Temporarily
inoperative» status. This status means that by some
reasons export operation can’t continue its work, there
occurred a timing error. Possibly, some actions from
user are required. After timing error elimination,
operation will continue its work.
You can sort operations in the list by their status
«importance» decreasing/increasing (the most
important status is «completed»). To sort archiving
processes left-click column header.
Priority
In each of its rows «Priority» column contains name of that priority , which is
assigned to this operation:
low
,
medium
or
high
.
Long-term operations are performed sequentially, in one instant of time only one
Operation name
«Operation name» column contains process name and icon, which corresponds
to process type, in each of its rows.
By default for each of the operation types the following operation name is given: for
archiving from the player – Archiving from the player (if it wasn’t changed in the
Archiving Wizard), for archiving by the schedule – the name corresponding to
archiving function name is given.
For export operation long-term operation name is being formed on basis of name
and extension of the first created file clip. In case operation with such a name is
already exists, than ‘_’ symbol and first number (from 1) will be added to original
operation name, what allows to form a non-existing name.
You can sort operations in list by process name. To sort operations left-click
column header.
Status
«Status» column contains
status
icon and operation execution percent in each of
its rows. Status icon corresponds to one of six status types, which are presented
in the table below:

In progress
Temporarily inoperative
Waiting for execution
Paused
Completed
Completed with an error
Error
Icon
Execution percent for «Completed» status is always 100%.
