5. REFERRING TO TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICE

If during work with 

VideoNet

 system you have some difficulties, you always can

contact technical support service. To do that, you should fill the 

VideoNet registration

form

 in and either send it via fax: +7-812-4481010, or e-mail: [email protected].

You can get VideoNet registration form on your installation CD.
Technical support service may ask you to provide information about your system.

Use 

VideoNet System Info 

wizard for system information collecting.

To collect information about VideoNet system:

1. Go to 

VideoNet 

system main menu.

2. Select 

Help -> Support...

 item.

3. 

VideoNet System Info 

wizard opens. Click

4. Enter your license HASP key number. Specify whether you are an authorized

user of
