Oil Reclamation Unit
If the LubriMist

system being installed utilizes the patented LubriMist

Closed Loop
technologies, the optional IVT Oil Reclamation unit will be included as part of the purchased
package. The oil reclamation unit is located on the rear of the IVT oil mist generator cabinet.
The Oil Reclamation unit is equipped with an electric motor driven coalescer. A separate
electrical motor control circuit must be supplied and installed by the user. Reference the Model
Code Designation Key for available motor voltage options. The Oil Reclamation unit is also
equipped with a high level switch. The high level switch is wired to the main oil mist generator
controller and provides a local and unit alarm should a high level condition occur. When a high
level condition occurs, the controller 24 VDC output signal is de-energized (1 amp max). The
manufacturer recommends that the user provide and install a motor interlock to break electrical
power to the coalescer motor when a high level condition occurs.
Follow these steps to complete the IVT installation when the Oil Reclamation option is included
as part of your package.
All customer furnished motor contactors must
include motor overload and thermal protect
devices.

standards. Only a qualified electrician or other
authorized person should make installation.
