Auto Bulk Oil Fill 

The Auto Bulk Oil Fill option is used for IVT oil mist consoles that will be connected to a 
pressurized bulk oil supply system. The IVT Auto Bulk Oil Fill system is designed to maintain a 
specified oil level within the IVT bulk oil reservoir. The Auto Bulk Oil Fill ¾” NPT connection is 
located at the rear of the IVT. A ¾” shut off valve is provided for servicing a 10 micron spin-on 
type oil filter. Supply oil pressure can be observed via a 0-300 PSI (0-21 Bar) pressure gauge. 
The bulk oil reservoir level is continuously maintained by the IVT solid state controller. A solenoid 
operated oil valve is energized when the level falls in the IVT bulk oil reservoir to 45 gallons (170 
Liters) and de-energizes when the level rises to 53 gallons (200 Liters). The supplied bulk oil 
enters the IVT bulk oil reservoir through a 10PSI (0.7 Bar) check valve.
