LED Panel Indicator Lights
Red and green enunciator lights are provided to indicate the operational status of all operating
variables. When the green LED is illuminated normal operation is indicated. The red LED
indicates a fault or system failure. Enunciators are provided for air temperature, oil level (main oil
mist generator reservoir), supply air pressure, regulated air pressure (main oil mist generator), oil
mist pressure, oil supply pressure and mist density.
Liquid Crystal Display
In addition to individual status indicators, the IVT controller utilizes a display to monitor an alarm
condition. The display is directly above the local panel alarm indicators. See Item 2, Figure 17.
When an operating variable reaches an established gauge alarm setting, the alarm function is
identified on the display. Provided there is only one alarm condition the controller will identify the
current alarm. When the alarm condition is corrected and normal operation resumes, the display will
continue to identify the alarm until the display is cleared. This feature is very important in identifying
trouble alarms that may fluctuate between normal and alarm condition.
Red And Green External Status Lights
LubriMist® Model IVT is equipped with large, highly visible red and green lights that show normal
operation (green) or indicate when an alarm has occurred (red). The unit status lights change
from green-on to red-on if any alarm condition is detected. The lights remain red-on / green-off
until the CLEAR key is pressed twice and all settings are back to normal. Pressing the CLEAR
key the first time clears the alarm message. Pressing the CLEAR key a second time reset s the
status lights from red-on / green-off to green-on / red-off.
When changing the light bulbs in the RED and
Green status lights, ensure that proper
replacement bulbs are used. FAILURE TO DO SO
MAY CHANGE THE TEMPERATURE
