"Fill": Number of RLP frames with no encapsulated data.

"Idle": Number of RLP frames with idle data, sent in the absence of data for the
synchronisation reason.
●
"NAK": Number NAK control RLP frames, requesting the retransmission of one or
more data octets.
●
"SYNC": Number of SYNC control RLP frames.
●
"ACK": Number of ACK control RLP frames - data received correctly.
●
"SYNCACK": Number of SYNCACK control RLP frames.
●
"B_Data": Number of B-format frames with user data.
●
"C_Data": Number of C-format frames with user data.
●
"D_Data": Number of D-format frames with user data.
●
"Reassembly": Number of RLP frames associated with reassembly a stream of
data in its original form into Service Data Unit (SDU), by putting particular PDUs
together in the correct order.

"Blank": Number of RLP frames containing no bits.
●
"Invalid": Number of RLP frames discarded as invalid during validity checks.
●
"Summary": Total number of RLP frames from the measured RLP messages.
The IP statistics table in the lower part of the view contains the following rows:

"PPP Total Bytes": Total number of bytes the R&S
CMW received (Rx) and sent
(Tx) since the beginning of the PPP connection

"Data Rate": Current received data rate in kbit/s, averaged over the update period.

Speech Measurement
The speech measurement evaluates the traffic flow between DUT and R&S
CMW. The
idea behind this measurement is to monitor the speech frame activity to/from the MS in
terms of blanked frames, 1/8 rate frames, 1/4 rate frames, 1/2 rate frames, full rate
frames and overall throughput (in bits/second). The difference between the rates is the
amount of data in the payload. This measurement works for all speech service options
(1, 3, 17, 68, 70, 73 and 0x8000) and also works in
Echo
voice coder mode.
