The RF frequency settings can be changed in all main connection states. Changing the
RF frequency via this section causes an implicit channel handoff. Use the "Handoff"
dialog to perform a standard handoff (see

BS Frequency Offset
Modifies the nominal forward link frequency of the selected band class and RF chan-
nel. A frequency offset represents a signal impairment; it can be as well to simulate a
moving MS, causing a Doppler shift of the received RF signal.

RF Power Settings
The parameters in this section provide the general power settings. "RF Power" defines
the levels of the physical channels of the generated forward CDMA2000 signal.

CDMA Power
Sets the total CDMA output power. The value range depends on the RF output con-
nector and the external attenuation setting. The "CDMA Power" level does not include
the AWGN power level.
