Defines the Walsh code, quasi-orthogonal function and shows the used spreading fac-
tor.

Parameters:
<WalshCode>
Sets the channelization code of the physical forward channel.
Range:
2 to 63 (SF-1)
*RST:
F-FCH: 8
<QOF>
Sets the Quasi-Orthogonal Function (QOF) that is used by F-
FCH. QOF are only available for FCH and SCH0 and a Forward
Radio Configurations (F-RC) 3 to 5.

0 to 3

<SpreadingFactor>
Queries the Spreading Factor of the physical forward channel.
The SF corresponds to the length of the employed Walsh code.
The Walsh codes to be used are fixed to 64 for FCH.
