How can I store/retrieve the settings? Which settings can I store/retrieve with the memory package? Where?
Using the memory buttons1 or 2 in the
driver's door or 3 (depending on equipment:

CAUTION
Retrieving the auto-
matic seat, mirror, and
steering wheel settings
Parts of the body may be pinched or crushed if the
settings are activated in an uncontrolled manner.

If necessary, cancel automatic retrieval of set-
tings by pressing the memory button or one of
the seat adjustment buttons.

Do not leave children in the vehicle unattended.
Storing settings on the vehicle key
By pressing the vehicle key button in the
driver's door

Ignition is switched on.
1. Press the SET button.
The light indicator on the button lights up.
2. Press vehicle key button within 10
seconds.
Ergonomic and comfort settings (specific to the
vehicle key) are stored. An acoustic signal ac-
knowledges that settings have been stored and
the light indicator on the
SET button goes out.
Information
Individual memory information can be stored on up
to four vehicle keys. If further vehicle keys exist,
these will acquire the vehicle key memory informa-
tion of the last vehicle key paired with the vehicle.
Retrieving settings from the vehicle key
Automatically when locking the vehicle

Unlock the vehicle and opening the driver's
door.
The settings of the current vehicle key are
retrieved.
By pressing the vehicle key button in the
driver's door
e
Press and hold vehicle key button until all
settings are retrieved.

Driver’s door open.

Briefly press vehicle key button .
The settings of the current vehicle key are
retrieved.
Storing settings on memory buttons 1, 2
or 3
Ergonomic settings can be assigned to memory
buttons 1 and 2 in the driver's door.
The
passenger or rear seat settings can be in-
dividually assigned to buttons 1, 2 and 3 in the
passenger's door and in the rear doors.

1. Press the SET button.
The light indicator on the button lights up.
2. Press the relevant memory button 1 , 2 or 3
within 10 seconds.
The settings are stored.
Storage is acknowledged acoustically (driver’s
door only) and the light indicator in the
SET button
goes out.
