Flat bread with yoghurt
Serves 8
Ingredients
1/2 cube of fresh yeast (21 g)
200 ml milk, lukewarm
1 egg
100 g natural yoghurt
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
450 g strong white flour
1 tsp salt
Method
Dissolve the yeast in the milk and mix
together with the egg, yoghurt, oil,
sugar, baking powder, flour and salt.
Cover and leave in a warm place for
60 minutes to prove.
Divide the dough into 8 pieces and roll
them out thinly. Place on the glass tray
lined with baking parchment and bake
until golden.
