MEASure:RATE? QUERY
MEAS:RATE?
Syntax:
Short Form: MEAS:RATE?
Long Form: MEASure:RATE?
Return Value:50, 60 or 100)
Description:
Indicates measuring rate.
This query returns the sampling rate established by MEAS:RATE com-
mand, either 50, 60 or 100 Hz.
B.14
MEASure:VOLTage? QUERY
MEAS:VOLT?
Syntax:
Short Form: MEAS:VOLT?
Long Form: MEASure:VOLTage?
Return Value: <num_value> (digits with decimal point and Exponent)
Description:
Measures actual voltage.
This query returns the actual value of output voltage (measured at the
sense terminals) as determined by the programmed value of voltage and current and load conditions.
(See example, Figure B-1.)
B.15
MEASure:TRANsient? QUERY
MEAS:TRAN?
Syntax:
Short Form: MEAS:TRAN?
Long Form: MEASure:TRANsient?
Returns <exp_value>,<exp_value>,. . . <exp_value>
Description:
Returns measured sample.
Value returned represents either current or voltage depending on previ-
ous LIST. Up to eight comma-separated values may be returned. (See Figures B-3 and B-4.)
B.16
MEMory:LIST? QUERY
MEM:LIST?
Syntax:
Short Form: MEM:LIST? <n>
Long Form: MEMory:LIST? <n>
where <n> is segment number of a waveform loaded into memory be LIST:RECall command
Returns <type>,<value1>,<value2>[,<value3>],<value4>],<value5>]
Where <type> is {SQUARE | RAMP+ | RAMP- | TRIANGLE | SINE | LEVEL}
<value1> is frequency (or period (duration) for level)
<value2> is p-p amplitude (or amplitude (offset) for level)
<value3> is offset (optional, default is 0, not applicable to level)
<value4> = starting point for sine and triangle segments. only returned if type = sine or
triangle and both start and stop angle are not 0° or 360°
<value5> = stopping point for sine and triangle segments. only returned if type = sine or
triangle and both start and stop angle are not 0° or 360°
Description:
Returns parameters for segment specified by <n> that has been loaded into memory by
LIST:REC command.
This query can be used to verify waveform parameters, segment by segment,
before execution. If there are only 5 segments in a waveform, and a MEM:LIST? 6 query is sent, there
will be no response, and the error queue will indicate an error.
B.17
MEMory:LOCation
COMMAND
MEM:LOC
Syntax:
Short Form: MEM:LOC xx,<MODE>,<Vsetpoint>,<Csetpoint>,<Pprotect>,<Nprotect>,<ON OFF>,
<V/C Mode>,<V/C Protect Mode>
Long Form: MEMory:LOCation xx,<MODE>,<Vsetpoint>,<Csetpoint>,<Pprotect>,<Nprotect>,<ON OFF>1
where:
xx
= memory locations (01 through 99)
<Mode>
= VOLTage, CURRent, or EMODe
<Vsetpoint> = Voltage setting in voltage mode
<Csetpoint> = Current setting in current mode
<Pprotect>
= Positive protection value
<Nprotect>
= Negative protection value
<Output>
= Output state ON or OFF
<V/C Mode> = FIXed, EXTernal, or GAIN
<V/C Protect Mode>= PFIXed, PEXTernal or PLESser
