INTRODUCTION

This appendix defines the SCPI subsystem commands and queries used with the BOP power sup-
ply. Subsystem commands are defined in PAR. B.3 through B.182, arranged in groups as they
appear in the tree diagram, Figure 3-26. Table B-1 provides a quick reference of all SCPI subsys-
tem commands and queries used in the BOP.
