SMS SIA signalling

The message format is similar the Standard SIA format with the following changes:

The event block has the event and then optional fields – currently it is optional fields
then event code.

The order of the event and time fields are transposed.

The ASCII block is preceded by a ‘/’ character.

The message is terminated with a ‘.’ character.

Examples:
