Cap the reagent 

bottle to maintain 
reagent performance and 
stability.

Cap the cell and 

mix.

Note:

If the sample 

becomes cloudy by the end 
of the reaction period, 
pretreat the sample and 
retest. See Interferences on

A five-minute reaction
