Resetting Your CTS Codec Password
To reset your CTS codec password, follow these steps:
Step 1
SSH into the codec from your laptop.
Step 2
Login with the following:
•
Username: pwrecovery
•
Password: pwreset
The following message appears in the SSH client window:
Could not chdir to home directory /nv/home/pwrecovery: No such file or directory

You must be in the room to read the passcode that shows on the display.

Restoring Connectivity to the Codec
