6.5.4.5 Check mean torque

Parameters:

MTH

(Mean torque high),

MTL

(Mean torque Low),

TI

(Time)

Function:

The average torque during the last TI seconds of the step is measured. The calculated
value is checked to be between the high limit MTH and the low limit MTL.

Both limits are optional. Leaving them blank disables the check but the result value is still
calculated and reported.

This check requires that at least one sample is collected after the torque spike elimination
phase. If not, and at least one limit is specified, the steps status is set to
