Pressing
EVACUATE
advances display to screen #43. Enter evacuate
phase value using the numeric keypad. Value appears on display as it is
being entered.
Pressing
←
or
→
on numeric keypad
moves the cursor to the left or right,
respectively.
Pressing RETURN saves the changed
parameter and returns display to screen
#40.

The too long in
evacuate is the
allowable amount of
time that the chamber
has to reach the
set vacuum level
before an alarm occurs.
4. Press
NEXT
button on screen #40. Screen #53 is the second of two menu
screens which list the phase and its currently set value. To change any of
the listed values, press the corresponding button.
NOTE: A definition of each value (parameter) is given on the corresponding
display screen.
