VP - 10.2 Tube Positioning Arm Alignment

Purpose: Perform this procedure to adjust Tube Positioning Arm Length, Energized and
Non-Energized.

NOTE:E and F Loaders Only - G Loader does not have a Tube Positioning Arm.

1. Perform Check procedure

“VP - 10.1 Tube Positioning Arm Check” (Page 3-133)

2. Remove Sample Loader Covers and Racks.

3. Disconnect tubing between analyzer and Sample Loader. Do Not bend or kink sample tubing.

4. Turn Sample Loader to access rear.

5. Ensure tube positioning arm solenoid is straight.

F Loader [Only OLD With Clamp] - (Others not Adjustable)

a. Loosen bracket and adjust as necessary (
