Auditron Access Screen
The Auditron is a feature of the machine which automatically
tracks usage. If Auditron is enabled, an account number must
be entered. For account number allocation, or further
information about the
Auditron , please contact the Key
Operator.
Whilst still logged on, use the following steps to review the
status of the account.
¾ Use the numeric keypad to
enter the account number.
¾ Select [Enter] .
¾ Make feature selections as
required to complete the job.
¾ To exit the account, select
[Clear All] twice.
¾ Select [Machine Status] on
the control panel to the right
of the touch screen.
¾ Select [Account
Information] .
¾ The screen shown will be
displayed with the count for
Copy and/or Fax jobs
completed and the limit set
for the account.
¾ Select [Exit] to close the
screen.
