Entering a manual E-mail address
Using the touch screen keypad, users are able to enter e-mail
addresses manually on the Document Centre.
¾ Load document into the
Document Feeder or place it
on the Document Glass.
¾ Select [E-mail] .
¾ Select [To] .
¾ Using the keypad enter the
recipient details.
NOTE: Use the buttons along
the top to access further
options.
¾ Select [Enter] .
The address will appear in the
Address List - refer to example.
¾ Repeat the above steps as
required for
Cc, Bcc, From
and Edit Subject .
NOTE: The From address
cannot be changed if E-mail
has been accessed via the
Authentication Mode.
¾ Select [Start] to scan the
original and send the e-mail.
