Seat switch
The seat switch is normally open and closes when the operator is on the seat. If
the traction system or reel engage switch is engaged when the operator raises
out of the seat, an operator advisory will be displayed on the InfoCenter. The
seat switch and its electrical connector are located directly under the operator
seat (
). Testing of the switch can be done without seat removal by
disconnecting the switch wire from the main wire harness (
The Toro Electronic Controller (TEC) monitors the operation of the seat switch.
