SETUP BATCH ID
, the following screen displays:

The current batch number is displayed and it can be changed. The
BATCH NUMBERS
button toggles between enabling and disabling the
feature. If batch numbers are enabled but none of the automatic
incrementing modes are active, the user is asked if they want to enter a
new Batch ID when the machine starts inspecting product.
Pressing
CURRENT BATCH NUMBER
brings up the numeric keypad to
enter a new batch ID number.
There batch ID number can be incremented in three ways:
•
After a set period of time (hours)
•
After a number of products have been inspected
•
When a new shift starts
Any or all of the modes can be active at the same time. If there is more
than one automatic increment mode active if any of them occurs, the
batch number is incremented and the all active automatic modes are
reset.
