Critical Radiation Survey
This appendix contains the steps to perform a Critical Radiation Survey
and the forms associated with the survey. The forms are supplied for
customer use. Makes copies accordingly to keep records of radiation
monitoring. A radiation survey should be performed at the following
times:
•
Always at the time of installation;
•
When a part has been replaced on the machine;
•
When the running product has been changed; and
•
In accordance with government, state, and local authorities.
