The motor/controller puts out 12 pulses per shaft revolution. The
computer counts these pulses to keep track of the position of packages
between the photo eye and the rejector.
This parameter is set at the
factory and should not be changed

A user with
System Administrator
access rights can configure the default
filter sequence for any new product created and used in
QuickLearn.

This screen works the same way as the first step in manually learning
the product, refer to Manual Filter on page A-33.
This setup section allows you to setup the
Input
and
Output
parameters
for the
EZx
. Inputs and Outputs are connections to external devices that
can be configured and operated with the EZx software. Some of the
inputs and outputs are devices such as photo eyes and reject devices,
which require additional setup depending on the device.
Inputs
are external devices that can be configured and operated with the
EZx software. An example of an input would be any photo eye on the
line.
Output
s can be wired to external devices originating from the
EZx
. As
