The Global machine setup is used to set the machine operating
parameters:
•
Machine Name
– name of the machine being setup
•
Units of Measure
– English or Metric units for operation
•
Language
– Select an operating language
•
Aperture Size
– size of the aperture is a factory setting and should
not be changed.
•
Number of Diodes
– the number of diodes used; directly associated
with the Aperture Size and is a factory setting that should not be
changed.
•
Motor Pulses/meter
– Puts out a pulse stream that the computer used
to control the Belt Speed and track the position of packages. This
parameter is set by the factory for the motor installed and should not
be changed.
•
Set Date and Time
– sets the date and time on the machine.
