–log files generated by the EZx system.

–statistics data files. One file for the current month and
another for the previous month’s product inspection statistics.
They have the month-year encoded in their filenames.
4. Double clicking on one of the directories shows the contents of that
directory.
5. To download a file, right-click on the file and select “
Save As
” and
save the file to the local hard drive.
A good and free FTP client is Filezilla: http://filezilla-
project.org/index.php .
An FTP client usually provides an interface that lists the files on the
remote system and allows the user to upload and download files to their
local PC. There is a place to specify the remote computers address and
the username and password used to access the FTP server, often at the
top of the screen. Near these is a button labeled “
Connect”
1. Start the FTP client
2. Enter in the address the EZx:
10.0.0.100
in the Address.
3. Enter the username “
SUPER”
and the password “
ABC
” for the
username and password to connect to the FTP server with.
4. Click on the
CONNECT
button.
5. The client area lists the 4 directories that data can be downloaded
from, they are:

Archive
– saved configurations created from the
More Menus ->
Utility -> Save/Restore
screen.
•
Image
– saved image files.
•
Log
–log files generated by the EZx system.
•
Statistic
– statistics data files. One file for the current month and
