Type Cause Recovery
Motor Speed Fault No speed pulses or incorrect
speed pulses
•
Turn on motor
•
Check motor controller
•
Check belt
Air Pressure Low Air pressure going to the
reject device is low.

Fix air pressure problem
Invalid Diode Count EZx detects a different
number of diodes than
entered in global setup
•
Check Global setup parameter, by
selecting aperture size
•
Perform diode array test to see if any
diodes are bad
Cold Start Database has been deleted Clear alarm, this alarm is to make sure the
operator acknowledges that the system has
been cold started
