Rapid IC Washout
The purpose of this task is to remove non
‑
adherent cells from the bioreactor. This task imposes
ultrafiltration onto the fiber across the entire fiber length.
Table 9-3 describes the types of solution that are needed to attach to each line when performing Rapid
IC Washout. These solutions and corresponding volumes are based on the factory default settings for
this task.
