When replacing the Black Head, it is

necessary to remove the Head Heater Plate

together with the Head Heater and refix it to a

new Head.

Fixing Torque is 6kgf/cm.

Fix the Head Adapter and the Screw attached to the new

head as shown in the figure.

Hook the U part of the Head to the screw and  install it by

pressing to rear side.

Remove the 2 screws fixing Head and remove the Head

from the Head Carriage.
