[MENU] key

[     ], [     ], [     ] + POWER ON

MENU

SERVICE MENU

Turn on the MainPower and then turn on the Sub Power

while pressing the Left, Right and Down keys to enter the

Service Mode.

Select [SERVICE MENU] > [SUB MENU] > [REPLACE

TUBE] > [PREPARE], and press the [ENTER] key.

Operation of preparation for Tube replacement will

start.(about 1 minute)

The Supply Pumps rotate to return the ink in the Sub

Tank to the Ink Cartriadge. When the Sub Tank becomes

empty, the Supply Pumps stop with the Close state. The

Pressure Pump is also closed.

When [REMOVE TUBE FROM HEAD]  displayed on the

LCD, perform the following procedures.

Tape

Ink Tube

REMOVE TUBE

       FROM HEAD

1. Disconnect the Ink Tube from the Ink Damper.

2. Wipe off the ink splattered to the tube.

3. Hook it to the tape as well as Flexible Cable.

When the preparation for Tube replacement is finished,

[REPLACE TUBE PREPARE] is displayed on the LCD

REPLACE TUBE

PREPARE

Preparation for Tube replacement is continued.(about 1

minute)

The Pressure Pump starts rotating to return the ink in the

Sub Tank through the Ink Damper to the Sub Tank. When

the ink goes back, the Pressure Pump stop with the

Close state and the Head goes up.

Press [ENTER] key.
