SERVICE MENU

Turn on the Printer Main Power SW and then turn on the

sub power while pressing the Left, Right and Down keys

to enter the Service Mode.

Select [SERVICE MENU] > [SUB MENU] > [REPLACE

TUBE] > [FINALIZE] and press [ENTER] key.

The Operation for after Tube replacement will start.

Capping the Head, rotating the Pressure Pumps about

30 seconds and filling the ink in the Sub Tank to the

position near the Head. After filling the ink, the Pressure

Pump stop with the Close state.

CONNECT TUBE 

        TO HEAD

When [CONNECT TUBE TO HEAD] displayed on LCD,

connect the Ink Tubes to the Ink Dampers.

REPLACE TUBE

PREPARE

After connecting the tubes, press [ENTER] key.

Operation for after Tube replacement will start again.

The Pressure Pump rotates to fill the ink to the

SubTank.The Pressure Pump keeps rotating about 1

minute to fill ink in whole Ink Tube. Then, it stops with

opened. After that, it performs normal cleaning

automatically.

When [REPLACE TUBE PREPARE] is displayed on

LCD, the operation is completed.
