Remove the Network Board and fix with the new Main

Board.

Head Board Connection

Carry out the following operations after replacement.

1. DIP SW Setting

2. Firmware Installation

3. System Parameter Initialize

4. Cap & Wiper Check *2

5. Sensor Check

6. Limit Position & Max Scan Width Initialize

After performing these operations, perform

[Put Parameters] with Peck

and write the parameter that was saved before replacement to the

Main Board.

Carry out the following operations if it is not possible to transfer the parameter by Peck.

1. DIP SW Setting

2. Firmware Installation

3. System Parameter Initialize

4. Head Rank Input

5. Serial Number Input *1

6. Cap & Wiper Check *2

7. Cap Height Adjustment

8. Sensor Check

9. Limit Position & Max Scan Width Initialize

10. Linear Encoder Setup

11. Ink Type Setting

12. Head Alignment (horizontal and bidirectional direction)

13. Calibration

*1 Input the serial number in the [SERVICE MENU] > [SERIAL NO.].

*2 It can be performed in the [SERVICE MENU] > [I/S CHECK].
