Preparation:
1. Configure the Oscilloscope follows:

Setup:

2. Connect 3152B output to the oscilloscope input
3. Configure the 3152B as follows:
Waveform: Modulated
Modulation:
OFF
Amplitude: 5
V
Output: On
CW Frequency: Initially, 1 kHz then, as required by the test
Test Procedure
1. Adjust the vertical controls of the Oscilloscope to get 6 division of
display.
2. Perform Sine flatness, DDS waveforms tests using Table 6-19.
