Preparation:
1. Configure the DMM as follows:
Termination: 50
Ω
feedthrough at the DMM input
Function: DCV
2. Connect 3152B output to the DMM input
3. Configure the 3152B as follows:
Frequency: 1
MHz
Amplitude: 20
mV
Output: On
Offset:
As specified in Table 6-6
Test Procedure
1. Perform Offset Accuracy tests using Table 6-6.
