Typically, the parameters for these facilities are common to all units in and
network and can be entered into the Maintenance Console Software using
the Common Configuration dialog. Alternatively, the Unit Configuration
dialog allows these facilities to be configured for individual units.

Refer to Section 3.2.6 of this document for an explanation of the fields.
Also see 5.8 for a discussion of the method for entering the parameters
using the Maintenance Console Software.
