This tone is heard when either the originating or terminating party hangs-up. Whoever hangs up
first, the remaining party hears the DSC tone. For the US the DSC is DT.

This tone is heard when the originating IVG is trying to establish a TCP connection with the
terminating IVG. Upon connection, the calling party hears an RBT until the terminating party
answer. The connection tone sounds like; <beep beep> <pause> <beep beep> <pause>, etc.
