PAD Out Use the pull-down list to select the PAD value (in dB) to be
applied to voice signals going out from the unit.
It is usually best to use the default value (-12db) for this field until
it is determined by observation, that adjustments are required.
AGC
To enable the unit's Automatic Gain Control, check the AGC
check box and set the AGC sensitivity using scroll box to change
the AGC dBm value.
It is recommended that the PAD In value be configured to 0 dBm
when using this feature.
Complete the fields listed above for each active port on the unit.
If a port on the unit is inactive, select the port in the Port parameters
list and click on the Clear button to logically disable the port.
