When assigning for SCC, each NXX is assigned as the following
EFFECT:
0=Restricted
EFFECT:
1=Allowed
EFFECT:
2=Not used
Note:
*When PFX, EFFECT = 1 is assigned. Add the required digit in the AADCL/N command. OFFICE is the
next 3 digits after those assigned in AFRSL/N.
Example:
AFRSL/N RT31 = 91214 OPR1
ASDCL/N checks next 3 digits: 91214 XXX XXXX
